Bank
Recruiter
All
Banks are not the same . . . .
People
make the difference
These are
indeed challenging times. I believe that now, more than ever before,
successful banks are the product of
enlightened executive leadership that respects the quality and
dedication of the men and women who people their organizations.
Prior to
becoming a bank recruiter, I enjoyed a successful banking career. I
started working for a bank when I was in Junior High School and
continued part time through college.
After a
tour of duty in the Army, I continued in banking. My banking career
included over 15 years as a CEO in the Atlanta market place.
I retired
from banking more than 20 years ago to work as a bank consultant and
bank recruiter.
My dad
was a banker before me. I have learned a lot over the years from
experience and from people with whom I have been associated. I learned
the most and best from my Dad.
I understand the value of people from both sides of the desk. I have
helped banks consolidate vision and leadership with quality people who
make the difference.
