We are an executive search firm operating primarily in the field of commercial banking.  We may also, from time to time, conduct searches in other areas of financial services and financial management.

We are founded on the belief that people – more than any other factor – are the main ingredient in any success formula. In order to assist our clients in the in the recruitment of exceptional executives, we limit the number of searches we work at any one time. We focus on each candidate’s capability as well as how they will function within the clients  corporate culture and organization.
