When hiring an executive search firm to conduct a search in banking or finance, we believe we offer certain advantages.

 

Industry knowledge

We have been engaged in executive search specializing in the banking industry since 1989. We know the business - we know the players.

 

Banking Knowledge

Our founder and president, before entering bank search and consulting, spent over 30 years in banking. He has a record of success in markets big and small, community banks and large regional banks and in both good economies and bad. Over 15 years was spent as a bank CEO in the Atlanta marketplace. He is a former chairman of Bank Administration Institute's Community Bank Council and a former member of its board of directors.

 

Very Few Off Limits

A search firm cannot ethically recruit candidates away from a client. Candidates that are employed by clients are off limits to recruiters when they are recruiting for another client. When hiring a large search firm with many recruiters, a significant number of "off limits" potential candidates may be excluded. Even a small search firm that recruits for large banks may create a significant pool of "off limit" candidates.

 

We are a small firm specializing in community banking. Our clients and customers are community banks. We have managed our business in such a way as to minimize the off limits problem for our clients.
